Unfortunately you will have to wait for him to get unbanned. Perhaps try and have him behave better next time.

I did see a few being allowed in game with brothers banned? Why not allow me? I've already assured you that no accounts will be made to allow him in game and that he won't be using mine to ban evade.

Hevar was stuck in the same situation when his neighbour got his IP banned on the server. He remained banned until that player got dealt with.

I'd recommend you to keep an eye on your little brother for his behavior.
