Hi and welcome to the forum.
To start with, why did you decide to use cheats in the first place? By applying common sense you should
have read our server rules from the beginning. On most SA:MP servers cheats are prohibited.
As for your ban, ENG.ZEKAS wasn't your first made account, you were banned on that for ban evasion,
i.e. you evaded your first ban that was issued on the account of Engzekas for money cheating.
ENG.ZEKAS was the second account you ban evaded with and Madaa the first one. Makes it two additional accounts.

This is my first time playing in any SA:MP server.. so i wasn't familiar with the rules.
as you said i was banned as engzekas account then i tried to play fairly not recognizing that i will be banned again and again
plz accept my apology; and i promise to play by the rules
