I believe this was around the time that the war was going on with Gvardia, Luciano, etc vs. Corleone, GS9, etc. I remember being the only person pulled from a gunfight that contained well over 30 people. I was rude, I must admit, but I had a right to be as I didn't understand why I was the only one questioned. From what I saw, no one else was questioned. Then I feel a bit of bias from Cyril's side had a part in my ban due to him having a grudge over me. I suppose it was about me stunting couple days before the ban, when Cyril told me to stop, and I refused to do so as I am allowed to stunt if it doesn't bother a roleplay or harms another player. Then he came up with a reason such as "you have 51 punishments, that's deems a ban." He didn't ask if any of them were false, mistakes, or even if they were just banana's. So after my ban, I sent a polite letter questioning my ban to the official email of SAMP. I was delayed, delayed, and delayed again until I was completely ignored (completely unprofessional). I contacted Dell, and he told me to just give up emailing and just wait until February, which I did.

Your behavior was completely unacceptable against other players, and especially towards administrators and managers as you kept arguing about anything you were confronted with, and decided to follow your own ideals with force.
It's simple to know that if a staff member tells you to do something, then you must listen.
The way you spoke against other members on the server is disgusting as well since you kept hurling vulgar insults and provocations whilst showing abusive behavior.
If you were to be given another chance then you know what we expect from you, but continuing to argue about this and us will not end well.

I don't hold any grudge but when someone has broken every single rules of this community and keeps on having a horrible attitude and thinking everything he does is allowed and completely fine, then yes, we are not kind with you.

I apologize if I did offend anyone, but I don't remember being reported once for joking around with friends in-game. Yes, they were insults but they weren't meant to be, it was a form of joke. As I said, I don't remember once where I was reported when I was joking around.
Onto my behavior prior to the ban, It would be wrong of me to accept a punishment for something I didn't do.

You and your friends may see insulting each other as a friendly gesture, but everyone else doesn't understand what you mean and think you're actually insulting them. It even gives the wrong example to others, that said I don't even see how it's friendly to call someone a "dickhead" five times over. Your dirty actions involving genitalia aren't any better.
The list of punishments on your name is far too long, and your tendency to argue about them as cyril mentioned make this a minimal chance.
No punishment is given for no reason, and it's sure you've done something then. You have to accept that you've broken the rules.
Again, if we were to consider a second chance you would have to accept your wrongdoings and to improve your behavior, if we can trust you that is.

That's quite a bold statement. Reading that gives me the impression that you feel admins don't make mistakes and if they do, it is still the players fault. A player should have every right to voice their opinion if they feel they are being punished for no reason.

To be unbanned you'd have to stop both your immature and rotten behavior, the rulebreaking since you've broken too many, and on top of it all you're expected to listen to staff members rather than to keep arguing with them. Can we expect you to do this?

Prior to me being banned for bad behaivor, yes I do. There was no reason to pick me out from 30+ other individuals and question me alone. That is unless you see it differently of course.

My intention is not to start an argument, it's really not. I am simply asking questions that were not answered through email two months back. I'm not saying I didn't do anything wrong as a whole, I did as my punishment history shows. Hopefully you all see that I am not here for the sake of an argument, but to be unbanned like anyone else.
