Howdy.

Yesterday you were tempbanned for deathmatching (yes, I know it went wrong a bit) and according to other staff members, you were caught breaking many other rules too.
Today, you were warned by me for provoking (yes, that is provoking what you PMed me) and later copbaiting, which I explained to you.

Today earlier I also told you what does copbaiting mean and how you should be escaping the cops. Yet later on, I still caught you doing it.

You showed no intention of playing by the rules. Why should you be unbanned?

If you about camping on the roof scenario. Yes I did jump on the roof with NRG because you could dark smoke coming out of the engine, meaning a single deagle bullet would blow it up. So I jumped on roof in order for time to pass. Yet again I did not shot them from above.

By the way whats wrong with me being suspect? Earlier today I saw cops complaining in public chat that there was nothing to do...

It was more than just the roof scenario. I was watching you being chased and as soon as cops fell behind, you stopped, waited on them and then continued. That happened multiple times. And you were shooting the cops from the roof at least one time you were there.

Well yeah once, and on the Vinewood intersection highway I was waiting for cops because then I jumped from the highway and it was hilarious. You know why Veterans come back to Argonath? Because there once was freedom in this server, you could have fun, troll in chat, run from cops. Now since you cant have fun, you can either be a cop or have amateur roleplay with other groups which is disastrously boring. Yet I didnt saw any cop whinning because I was joking around with them.

Rules about this matter have not changed at all. Veterans were supposed to follow such rules as well as you.

In addition, rules are not to be discussed and you broke some of them. If you keep thinking that having fun means breaking rules, this is not the right server where to play in.

In 2013 letting cops keep up with you was never a rule(with 100+ people), neither was I ever punished for that. And as I said why would that be a banable reason? I am just basically giving cops something to do, cus I noticed I was the only suspect in the server for like an hour.. so I dont think cops complain about me.

This makes no sense..

Each suspect's goal is to escape, regardless the crime, regardless current circumstances and so on. If you slow down and wait for them to get closer, it means you are not considering what's your goal, consequently you are breaking a rule that cleary states the opposite of what you are doing.

Rules have been thought, decided and written down after examining each possible scenario which might take place in game, you can't break them just because 'there was nothing to do but getting suspected to entertain people'.

The more it will take you to realize what your mistakes are, the longer your ban period will last.
