Title: Time flys in Argonath RPG SAMP

Today it has been noticed that the in game time is going by the second and not the minute. Every second there is a new time.
Weather also changing every other second.

I guess it's totally fine. I really like those weathers and playing in 1 weather for hours is pretty much boring.
