Title: Inactive members of Coast Guard Removal Request

Dear Sirs,

I would like to request the removal of the following people from the Coast Guard group in game.
For one reason or another they are not active.

Please can a scripter remove them.

This is not a task of a scripter. Wait and see if managing offline users gets implemented and do it yourself, but until then they won't be removed.

Would be easier to delegate group management to the panel. Keeps the clutter out of the script and panel can facilitate a much easier to use management system.

There is already a system being worked on for management over the panel.
