So. I was in jail and went afk, Alberto.Escobar was there too, he asked me why i was there and i said i killed a Corleone. Went afk and after that i came back, he told me a story that me and him are friends now cus they're enemys with corleones, i said cool. Out of nowhere he told me that he has a message from corleone. He had typed it ready so he could do it fast and it it was told in /me cus of rp reasons, he pulled out a gun and shot me. I died and got mad because i couldn't run or take cover or anything. Lost all my stuff aswell. So i told him over PM that it was very weak of him to do so. He replied "don't moan". I said (since i was angry and in war with them now) that he just met his biggest enemy and that i'm going to kill him every day. Now keep that in mind that i don't like to dm, this had nothing to do with me trying to kill him all the time with no rp. I thought it more as a RP, like RP a little and find a reason to have a shootout. But when i had told him that, i got banned, no warns no nothing, not even asking why did i do it and such. Now, i think that it is my fault because threating someone over PM is a lousy thing to do, but banning someone just like that is completely unnecessary. I think that the admin was a little too harsh and didn't make the situation clear to himself. So i am just asking to get unbanned because i didn't do anything that big to get banned. If i hurt someone by saying im going to kill him over pm then i'm sorry. (i have been told by admins that you have to rp or type something that the other player would know he's gonna die, so i follow that rule, just like Alberto.Escobar did) Thank you. The reason of the ban is clearly stated and includes the fact that you are a "regular" that very well know the rules on this server. You have been warned and punished for your language and Death matching Before and last night it clearly showed us you havent changed because the statement from you where very hostal.
If you die it simply means you cannot use it as a RP reason to get your revange. It means your dead, end of story. If you wish to keep RP with those involved players or Group in future you got to find an other reason to RP with them.
You are also no to judge in your unban request if the way the punishment was given was accurate or not. If you wish to complain you may do so by sending a mail to [email protected] and an other HQ staff member will look into it.
I want you and your two buddies to Think through last night and what you can do different in future as they where Close to join you.

if i die i won't use the same RP reason to get a revenge kill. About last night, it was a gang fight ( we ain't much of a gang but still) I was with my group and the violence broke down between us and 2 other groups, so when my friends started shooting and they started shooting back ofcourse i will join in and help my friends, that's what everyone else does. And the reason why i was warned before was that i didn't know that i can't start shooting when 2-3 guys aim at me with M4's but i do now. So that's taken care of.
I'm Sorry and it won't happen again.
