I demand you to have a license for a gun. Cops abuse them. I refused to pay a fine. BANG! Good RP. I parked in a non parking space. BANG! Good Rp. I drown and ask for cops to save me. BAN! Good rp. What the hell is wrong with cops these days?

You parked in a wrong place and refused to follow police orders to remove your car... What you suppose cops should do? Carjack you and park correct?
Why you drowned being wanted? Suicided to avoid the bust?

Yeah sure. I would shoot someone for that too. Why in real life they knock you out? Why in real life they tow you?! WHY THE HELL IN REAL LIFE THEY ARREST THE SUSPECT?!

Also do not mess game and real life... In real life you will follow EVERY police order and WILL pay the fine... and if you will be too annoying - they will really shoot you...

You should have payed the fine when the police officer asked. In real life, would you pay the fine or be shot on the spot? You already answered your own question, "I parked in a non parking space" What is that?? If you know it is not allowed, do not park there, or you risk a suspection and being shot. After which, people say "omg wtf abuser!".
