i wasn't advertising ,who i give him the server ip he is my best friend in school. i tell him i will play another server he tell me to give him the ip adress

You cannot share any kind of ip address or server name if it doesn't belong to Argonath, simple as that.
I doubt he asked for it as well.

I also want to ask you who "sabra" is.

Do not ban-evade or you'll get a week added to the date for every account.
