Title: [Unbanned] Bo_Darville banned by [GSF]Adam
Post by: DickDastardly on February 19, 2015, 04:30:57 pm
Your in-game name:
Bo_Darville

Ban reason as was stated in-game:
Constant rulebreaking, lying to administration, script abuse

Admin who banned you:
[GSF]Adam

When you were banned:
19 February 2015 16:26 CET

Additional notes:
My constant rulebreaking consisted into blocking the road to Ganton with 2 trains(which might be the script abuse), ramming other players cars, telling the admin that I didn't moved the train after he told me not to do it again.
I respect all the good ways for my ban to be lifted, this is my first ban anyway on RS5 anyway. I am sorry for my behaviour and I hope I will be forgiven.

Hello Bo_Darville.

Your ban was issued after you were constantly ramming others on purpose, annoying players and ruining their roleplays by smashing your vehicle through the crowd at Grove Street, even after telling you not to.
As for lying, I've told you not to keep blocking the road with the trains making no way to go through as that is not roleplay, but also ruining it for others, you did it again, and lied about doing it.
For script abuse, after carjacking a player's Sanchez at Ganton, it was locked and you drove it slowly to bypass the script.

Managers will proceed with this now, best of luck.

Oh, then I was wrong about the script abusing then. I regret all I've done and I am looking forward to be unbanned, thanks for the luck.

For the offences you've been banned for above and that you've acknowledged and admitted to, why did you do it? To amuse yourself and others, or yourself solely or others solely?

To do what you did, to disrupt others gameplay by being a nuisance and annoyance isn't a smart move. Might be amusing if you like it, but is it worth it? Just a clear look at this unban request it was not worth it as you've requested an unban.

How will you do better in the future? Convince me.

Yes, it was because of my amusement as I was bored. But boredom is not be an excuse to disrupt and to annoy other people who were enjoying their play. Should have /q and went on Stunt or i don't know, anything else.
It was a bad behavior, I thought I would get away with a temporary ban, but when I actually got permanent ban, I regret it from the first second and I learned that it's simply not worth the stupid amusement with a ban consequence. So now I suffer the consequences of even more boredom as I can't even log in, but I am patient and I hope this will end soon.
If I will have the occasion to return to the server, I will try to engage in role play with different groups that I've seen and might try to join any of them, depending on what role playing character I want to have. There are many solid factions with a large number of players, so I have from where to choose, but for this, I have to better my behavior, stick to the rules and help other player rather than annoying them. First step is done, as I stated my mistakes, I acknowledged and regret them, and now if I have the chance to come back I will start to improve myself with actions not with words.
Once again, I regret everything I've done, I took risks and now I regret them and suffer the consequences. I hope I will be forgiven and will get a second chance to prove my behavior change.
Thanks for your time.

Thanks for that, looks like a genuine approach. I'll take you for your words and hope this won't be repeated in the future. Be noted, if this recurs in the future, the next ban will be prolonged.

Play it safe, respect the community, its rules, staff and players and you'll get more good than bad back. Review 25th February. If you ban evade that will be taken into consideration and we may have to push the date up.

I've been patient for 4 days, I can go 2 more.
Thank you for the chance, I will do my best to turn the words into action.
