I'm guessing it's Conroy who banned me since he's the one who banned Cofiliano as well and the reason is "DM". We were suspected two nights ago and yeah we had cops on us all night, however I don't recall any DM happening nor anyone complaining about DM; we only retaliated at cops that were shooting/engaging us. In fact it was pretty fun for both sides because finally cops got together and took us down and both sides showed good sportsmanship afterwards and a newer player by the name of William Burton was on us all night and because we were impressed by his cop work we even wanted to give him a little reward afterwards.
This is the only scenario that I can think of which lead to the ban.

As I told you earlier, there was a report on you for DMing, and a video was provided of you and Antonio camping on top of the church at Jefferson. The same cops kept returning to try and kill you, yet you made no attempt to evade or give up. The only time you moved was to re-supply at Willowfield ammunation.
As a suspect, you should either evade or give up. If you choose to evade, shooting cops that get in your way is acceptable. Camping in the same position and killing the same cops that come in waves is not evading, therefore it is treated as DM. As a veteran player, you were banned as you should know better.
Your argument earlier was that you did not know this was a rule, and wanted me to show you where it's stated. I am unable to tell you where it's posted off the top of my head, although I am certain it's some where on the forum. Failing that, not every rule needs to be available to you, as some of them, including this one, come down to common sense. Your goal as a suspect isn't to kill as many cops as possible, as that would make us a CnR server.
Well it's true that we were on the church for a long time, but we didn't feel like we were rulebreaking because we only shot at cops once it was clear that they were after us, nor did anyone complain the whole night. We used the church as our protection and escaping place because it was very hard for the cops to get us. I'm not aware of any rule that states that we always have to be on the move and quite frankly I don't see why it's a problem if suspects can camp at one place; there are many cases where there are groups of suspects hiding inside a property and cops come to raid and never have I seen a punishment take place like in this case. What we were doing was almost the same except that we weren't in an interior and this just gave cops a better chance to get us. I find it very wrong that we get a straight ban for something like this especially since nobody had a problem the whole night, at least not the cops that were after us.

This would only be true if we actually went after cops, the difference is they came after us.

There is no need to say the rule was not stated any where, as I have previously said, it is on the forum if you look hard enough. We should not be babysitting you, in the sense that every single rule should be visible to you 24/7. Most of them are common sense, and anyone with decent roleplay skills should be able to follow them.
If you really were unaware of your wrongdoings, then fair enough. You should now learn from this and move on. However, until you realise that you were in the wrong, you will not be unbanned.

Which is what cops are supposed to do. That's how they make money. That doesn't justify you camping on a roof that makes it impossible for cops to shoot at you.

You expect me to search through the forums and find a rule that YOU are saying is there? You're the one that should be doing the searching. And even if it is anywhere there just because it's on the forums somewhere it means I automatically have to know that it's there? There is no sticky topic or anything which states all the rules, hence it's easy for them to be overlooked.

You're missing the point. I stated that because I'm telling you we weren't hunting cops and that we shot the ones that came after or shot us. As for the camping I already stated something about it but you completely ignored it. What is with all those cases where a group of suspects hide inside interiors and just wait for cops to storm in, kill the cops and then wait for the next wave. Nobody has gotten banned for this and what we did is nothing different except that we weren't in an interior.

Irrelevant. Because this is the first I hear of this rule and you're not even able to provide a link to it. Once you can do that then I have no problem with apologizing.
