That is up to me or any other HQ member when we see it fits. Why did you even decide to troll? Why say you are using cheats in-game?

Hello there, around the time of your ban there was a heated discussion in main chat which involved a large amount of provoking and trolling and despite the best efforts of administrators this was still not under control. The MIB Group were all heavily involved in this and even though punishments were handed out you continued to troll around and make provoking statements towards the police (if I remember correctly). You then decided to make a comment stating that you were money hacking and that admins couldn't catch you. At this point I decided to remove you from the server. Your trolling around had gone to far with that comment.

If you're a good person, why did you even do this from the beginning? Not that it was inadvertently.

If a person likes to say that they're using cheats in the general chats, be my guest. We cannot ask every player if it is a joke or not. We treat it as it is.
