Title: GTA SA problem

In the last few days ive been playing on my tv due to monitor breaking.... Unfortunately  I can't turn on SAMP.... My TV is 32 Inches 1080p (1920x1080). Tried all resolutions and running as administrator. When I turn on GTA SA it says "No Video Available" on TV as if the Computer was disconnected

How are you connecting the TV to the computer? (what cable type)

HDMI 1080p 2 meters long if any of this matters

Tried deleting gta-sa.set in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files?
