I acknowledge that my attitude towards the administrator was out of line and I apologize. I was upset at the time, but that is irrelevant. I did not notice my punishment history was as long as it is, I didn't intend on insulting players, I was joking around. I apologize to all those who did not take my insults as a joke. Will not happen again.

We all have our ups and downs, in general you're a good player but when you get pushed against a wall, your defensive isn't that good since it only gets you in trouble.
I can relate to your ban actually. It was an ongoing war in San Fierro at Paradiso. A lot of groups involved, it all started at Paradiso where Vendito's whereabouts were. The thing is, you weren't involved in the situation at first. When it was over and the other side went out victorious, you and another person started to chase us down at Fort Carson when we were about to make our escape. We just stopped there for a brief moment to refill just in case something would happen. As we were attacked out of the blew and you hadn't encountered us before we t treated it as death matching and reported you and your friend to staff.
It was dealt with and the outcome of the situation, you didn't like. You said you had a reason since your allies had been killed or was attacked. It might be a reason, but not fully justified since you didn't address any reason and just started to shoot us blatantly.
