Actually, if you see blue and black this means your eyes preform better than average.

i see gold and white/light blue, i also used after effects which has many options to work with the colors, i used brush tool and selected the color and in the color spectrum it also appeared to be gold.

Not sure if that 'science' thing behind this still applies for colors seperated, or else it's blue and black.

Well the dress is actually a blue and black dress, they're seeing it correctly.

By default I see it as white/gold but I can force the blue/black at will (though it wears off after a few seconds).
