Am more inclined to just deny you for this, you weren't banned for ignoring a staff member you were banned for Ban Evasion as you last was account was banned since you weren't up to talking English in the chat after being asked to last time.  First ban was a bit heavy since the admin should have just gave you a mute and so on not just banning as the only single punishment.  If you want unbanned then best let us know that you're going to be playing by the rules.

I did notice you trying to deathmatch me earlier with a Katana also.
