First of all i know that this is my fault
I wanted to change my name so as usually talked to an admin to aurthohize it
I saw on the chat u name brainZ_Hagen will be aurthohized so i thaught that it is i went and changed my name but it appears that it was a pm and i lot 10k
Second time
I went to change my name again so asked an admin again and he aurthohized so i desync after he aurthohized me so i relloged and went to change name and guess wt"i lost 10k" asked an admin why he told me that cz u relogged
Plz plz plz isnt there anyway to get that money back

Only your first name change is free, all the following name changes cost 10k each.
No, you can't get your 10k back because you've changed your name more than 1 time.

I am sorry to tell you this but.

Refunds on name changes are pretty much impossible.

If the family or group you want to join has a topic..the namechange is free ..you just need to ask an admin++

Your own fault as you said.
You wont get a name change due to the fact well it was your own fault and as it has been said to get the money back is near impossible.
Cut your losses and move on.

Also forgot to mention, before you get a free namechange, some sort of a notification will appear saying that you can change your name for free to, example - Devin_Devin and only that name that is written.

There is a topic, that makes it pretty clear, that refunds aren't getting returned, in such cases.
And afterall, it's just 10k, calm down.
