Do you try to re-install game?Or SA-MP?
This is not SA:MP board.
Are you sure it's not related to firewall or network ?
-
Gta IV-MP, idk the name of that*
-
I dont think that it is related to my firewall but i will give it a try, my firewall is actually disabled, Antivirus takes care of those firewall thingies. I tried re-installing as well. IT cant be network, since SAMP works fine.
EDIT: Firewall is not the problem.

Do you have same issue in other games ? and did you try to restart the router when it happens?

I dont have this issue in any other game, not even SAMP or MTA:SA. I did try restarting the router.

Is Your game Legal ? (Did you buy it?)
If not Then your antivirus Blocks The game or Something
Or Your Ilegal Version of game isnt stable

Hello there @Pokedude09,
Looks like your have some issue with the the application, Close your anti-Virus and Disable Real-Time scanning in Anti-virus and I would recommend you to open IV:MP without Ur antivirus running on background. Try to close your anti-virus completely ( Right-click on Antivirus bar and click disable and If it ask how many minutes then click Like 10 or 15 min, Just for a check ) And run the LaunchIVMP file. Hope this works maybe.
Regards,
Bullit
