Title: Weekly Server Maintenance

We will be introducing a weekly game server maintenance schedule in order to keep restarts and updates more organized and structured.

During this time all game servers may go down and the downtime may range between a couple of minutes to a couple of hours, it's impossible to give an exact time frame. Please do note these are not script changes or updates unless developer teams work with us to schedule them at this time.

The scheduled time will be every Sunday at 4 AM CET and the announcement of the start and stop of maintenance will be posted here.

Server maintenance has been delayed due to a pending update release. It will begin momentarily.

Weekly maintenance has concluded. Most services has been restored; some are still offline pending larger updates and one technical problem (IV:MP). Those will be restored at a later time.

All services should have resumed as of now. Please report an outage if a server is offline.

I am preparing to begin rolling out maintenance.

Please note this maintenance session will take longer than normal as we're rolling out some new custom enterprise management and administration software on to all virtual machines. It may take up to 5 - 6 hours to properly deploy to all the servers. The game servers will be unreachable during this time.

There has been a minor set back in the deployment of our custom package. I nearly have it resolved; still should keep on track of the previous downtime estimate.

After this I'll release a beta version of the new downtime report system, it will not fully replace the downtime report's board... at least not yet. Once it has had some battle testing it will fully replace the downtime report's board.
