Title: Mouse Sensitivity problem

hey guys, so basically i can put my sensitivity to 0 and still be able to move upward and downward at mac sensitivity... i really wanna know how to fix this

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but this fixes the uneven X/Y movements and improves the smoothness
