Title: I join SAMP server and it halts EVERYTHING internet based

Uhm, yeah. Whenever I join the RPG server on SAMP, It either doesn't connect or it Desyncs me automatically. But when I click join (through the client) it also halts connections to Chrome, TeamSpeak and Skype. I have no issues when I launch other servers... It is only the RPG server it is doing this on.
