"Your IP route has been banned from this server due to trouble makers"

I have no idea

Additional notes:
I Have no idea what is going on. My last log in was 1 week ago, I was not banned or anything, and today i am logging in and seeing this:
. Important note may be that I am often changing my IP, becuase i live in 2 places at once, so it is not everytime the same.

Bumping + I would like to know if I was banned of any reason, or just banned by mistake/ bugged. Because i don't remember doing anything against rules and I don't remember getting banned.
