The Morningstar was the oldest surviving gang in Steelport, and as such, commands considerable respect among criminals. Their main business is arms dealing, legitimate and non-legitimate, but they are also involved in human trafficking and prostitution. The Morningstar are a part of The Syndicate, but they also happen to be the central force and founding member of the group. Anyone who dares to cross their path also crosses paths with the rest of the Syndicate, and had better be prepared to face the consequences.
Under the leadership of the belgian arms dealer Phillipe Loren, The Morningstar maintains both legal and illegal operations around the world and is now ready to start to show his influence in the state of San Andreas. In addition to Phillipe, Morningstar is also supervised by Viola DeWynter, extremely close partner and art dealer that is also Phillipe's protegee and runs the prostitution market.
