Title: Rule Suggestion.
Post by: Danny Soulson on April 16, 2015, 09:27:38 pm
Hello,

this is a suggestion from the most problems we had with these rule and that not many people actualy folow it.

/policehelp last rule is No random aiding.

Many fellow police officer while chasing a suspect get abit mad at Gta 4 Map and other.
So lets say we are chasing a suspect for 20 minutes, and we finnaly get him and some guy just comes and picks the suspect like nothing happened.
The view of the suspect hahaha we got away. But view of a Police officer? Isnt the same its quite anoying that just some guy just runs and takes him like nothing happened
And you report him for random aiding.

How to make Aiding Legal in rules? just /pm ID help me if i flip or smth
And if we report him then the rule is basicly pointless with just him saying /pm help me!

So Anyone can aid anyone ! the rule is pointless if you are are running just /pm help! and the rule is gone.

So this is my idea of this.

1.If you are aiding someone he has to be member of a Gang/clan/Family
2.You have (RP) connection with suspect,  Examle: You were going with 2 guys on a dinner he got suspected and you were all in 1 car when the car flipped you found a state car and picked up the suspect that was evading.
3.A Suspect can be aided only by one person
4.When you get to far away from the suspect you are out of the connection for aiding  distance like (MGS - OUTLOOK)

Criminals dont understand how its intense to be a Police officer.

Tell me your ideas in comments and tell me if you support it or not.\
Please if you unsupport it or support it ,say why you think its like that.

The last line in /wantedhelp is no longer on the Rules topic in General section so I guess it's invalid.

There are Aiding rules that administration members are familiar with, but they are currently getting re worked i think so they are not available for general population.

But i can tell you the basics of Aiding rules.

You can only aid a player that was Suspected in a RP you were in.

Meaning if you weren't with him when he was suspected or were not in same RP you cant help him no matter what.

Also regarding /fillup players in the past semi abused this to fillup on move from a mechanic, so in some cases you should  not su a player who is lets say parked a a suspect coming in to fillup.

But if you see a mechanic driving in the chase and giving fuel to the suspect 1st /report for interupting rp/cop baiting then you are free to suspect the mechanic

So this are the basics of Aiding, A-team members do try to explain this and many players know how to Aid in the right way, if you see players aiding in a wrong way inform him that he is rulebreaking and /report if he keeps doing it.

Thanks mane for taking your time to explain.
