Title: Intermittent Outages - 25/4

Hello,

I'm currently aware of multiple servers experiencing intermittent outages. The problems will be investigated shortly and hopefully resolved. Please do not use the new downtime report system to report these outages as the automated intervention will interfere with my efforts.

If anyone has an estimate if when these outages began affecting some servers it's be very helpful to narrow down a cause.

Problem isolated and resolved. An improper configuration file was mistakenly distributed to some servers.

All servers should be up and running again.
