Title: [Commands] Pay N Spray

/repairvehicle - Repairs a vehicles health to maximum status.
/purchasepns - Buy an unowned PNS.

Owner
/checkpnsstock - Check the stock of the PNS.
/buypnsstock - Purchase stock for the PNS.
/checkprofit - Check the profit stored in the PNS.
/withdrawprofit - Withdraw profit from the PNS.
/sellpns - Sell a PNS

That should be normal because:

25% of 100 = 25
100 - 25 = 75.

Since you repaired twice your net profit should be $150 since 75+75 = 150.

I got $300 from 2 repairs tho ... $150 for one Repair...

My PnS near Wangs was used 19 times, which should be $1425, but I only got $1200. Seems like the profit may be somewhat bugged.
