For those who may not have experience in basic security, ensure that you are keeping some basic safety rules about your passwords.
1. Try to vary your passwords, do not use one for every site you ever login to. If a single breech of password occurs you would have to change the password on every site you ever registered.
2. The more important you role, the more safety is needed. If you have special access you need to regularly update and change your account. Why? So others are not bothered with a breech.
3. Change your password after a security breech. When you get a notification a number of passwords might have fallen in to wrong hands, do not revert to your old password but think of a new one.
We hope that after reading this if you are making one of these mistakes, you will change your password immediately.
