Well, i wanted to keep the whole, Tokyo neon thing going on, so i used outerglow.
I cropped the car out, and i flipped it, and used a part of the original picture for a background.

Soz, I didn't noticed that the car itself had the letters on the decals reversed. The REACT decal is flipped.
