Title: RS5.1 Panel Design Contest

With the loss of the panel we've also lost the theme and design it had used, with this, I'm not much of a designer and I want something original. It's with this in mind I propose a design contest for $1,000,000 ARD in RS5.1 (yes, one million).

A proper submission is

1) Custom designed by the author or team
2) Include all source files, including third party Javascript and CSS
3) May utilize JavaScript and CSS frameworks
4) Does not violate intellectual property rights
5) Includes a full working range of features like tables, forms, pages
6) Is something that matches the feel of the game and Argonath
7) Is something unique!

The deadline for this is 3 weeks.

Feel free to ask questions if needed.
