- Vehicle lock status will now save and restore on relog/crash/restart/etc.
- You can now use /buyplate to purchase a license plate for a vehicle.
- Vehicles can now utilize audible siren horn added in latest SA:MP version.
- Vehicles will no longer restore to 10 fuel on empty. Use a tow truck!

Fair enough if it is anything on four wheels but two? It's a pain in the ass trying to get my Freeway refuelled. Maybe allow the 10 fuel only for two wheelers?

Cool additions. But you should realy think about the idea that does not allow players even enter locked cars.

No, it's a sound replacement for the horns.. similar to activating police car audible siren.

You need to be in the car to lock/unlock it... sound logic. :)

What if when you lock your car, it is locked for all the doors and not only for the drivers one :)

That is how it was at the beggining of RS5, it got changed because you always had to unlock your vehicle so the passenger(s) could enter the car with you.
