I suggest you take a look around the forums before running a clan/group. If you need some help, hit my PM.

Take sometime to read the rules
i can give some examples
First: you need a good topic that pepole can follow
Second: You need a family topic(since this doesn't look like a family but its in the family board)
other then that i suggest moving this to the clans board

You have 24 hours to post a finished topic. If you don't post it, topic will be locked.
Also, take a quick look at this:
#2 Starting a new Group:
1. When starting a group, prepare a decent and easy to follow topic,
2. You can start a group on your own, but it will be more successful with multiple members.
3. Respect the replies on your topic, if you feel like they are not acceptable, report the post.
4. Do not copy other groups, steal their topics or artwork.
5. Clan and group names cannot be racist or contain offensive slang terms.
6. Imposting Clans and groups is forbidden
