lol.. that's right, they start ramming each other.. the important thing for them is to catch that suspect, even if their partners die

Younes's avatar explains it all about free cops when they see a rulebreaker(not a lawbreaker). They suspect him for that rulebreak than chase him. Oh, and I noticed some free cops jail suspects who turned out to be innocent after investigation. I remember my first days, when I ruined an investigation only for money... Facepalm.
