Nice topic design, nice to see someone think outside the box to even something as small as ranks. I know with SAPD regulations you cannot use a similar rank structure, atleast someone finally pays attention to this rule. I tried to keep the ranks confined to state trooper style, avoiding a structure similar to that of SAPD's, as well as having attention for detail.
