Title: A message to the Commerce Apartments residents

1A Penthouse Suite
Top Floor
Commerce
Los Santos

The Commerce Apartment
Bulletin Board
Main entrance

Dear residence of commerce apartments,

I am one of the many individuals that live in the newly built apartments. As you may of noticed, the state provided us with our own private parking which is fantastic as it automatically boosts up the market value of our apartments. I'm here to kindly inform you that I have reserved my parking spot in our personal parking lot. I was waiting 3 hours for the lot to be safe for public use and was the first to park my vehicle there. I urge everyone to avoid parking there at all costs. This is the only parking spot that belongs to me, anywhere else is fine.

Below is a picture I took that reveals the landscape of the parking lot and where my spot is (I parked my Faggio there)

I hope you can all respect my spot and we would be on good terms. Consider this an official warning because I will put you in court if I see another vehicle parked on my spot. To be a good neighbour, I would appreciate it if you can take a picture of where your vehicle is parked so I can make a list and place it on the bulletin board so everyone knows who's vehicle is where.

Lastly, please excuse me if I make too much noise upstairs. I find myself bringing women every night aswell as occasional house parties in my penthouse suite. If the noise is too much, just pop by and I'll be sure to turn it down a notch. Good day!

Kind Regards,

Kevin Wallace

Is this some kind of joke? You want to put us in court when someone parks in your spot?  :uhm:

Not your complex, not your land. In other words, not your parking spot.

That place is bugged for me I saved my cheetah and my dune in two of the parking slots, when I blew them up to re-spawn them they spawned in the middle of the road on top of eachother.

Kaze is presenting a "different" roleplay atmosphere within this area and is trying to attract residents toward this building. The way I see it is that Kaze owns an apartment thus owns the right to a parking spot ( since the parking is specifically for these apartments ). Whether you agree or disagree I hope you also share your opinion and arguments through a roleplay between your characters and most importantly enjoy it while you're at it!

I completely agree, this is roleplay and we should get as much of that as we can in Argonath.

I love the roleplay initiative. You won't get far in court, but that's up to you to test out if someone decides to take your spot. By definition, the owner of the actual building has the rights over the parking lot, a leaser has rights to their individual apartment, but no one can claim a specific spot unless authorized by the owner of the building, which I presume is the state? Regardless, if that's your spot I'll respect that and I won't touch it, unless you make me mad and then I might park my truck on top of your little moped

Hire a mobster to take care of the people who park on your spot

Or form a residential association, which could ask the State for permission to manage the parking lot on their behalf. Allow only residents of that specific apartment block to join, then form a meeting and discuss the allocation of parking spots to residents!

Well this could be a problem Kaze, since when we claim rights on the area around Svensson farm, admins warn us about not "claiming turfs". There might be an exception here tho, I don't know.

Okay there is a difference between claiming chunks of land in Flint County, and claiming a parking spot in a lot specifically designed for the apartment complex he resides in.
