Title: Digital Era: Phase 1: Setup & Preparation

The digital era updates (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=112231.0) will be performed differently than most updates as in the player's involvement will be required to progress phases and actually work to deploy networking services to the state.

With that said we're ready to begin preparing phase 1 which will require the electrical grid to also be upgraded to support a new connectivity: internet. Players will need to purchase parts at Ocean docks (far back & far right warehouse), you'll need a Utility vehicle, and then transport these parts to different electrical substations and the Big Ear satellite so the state can become ready to support an internet infrastructure.

Commands
/getnodepart - Purchase 1 node part for $1,000
/setupnode - Use a node part to prepare the node line. Each node requires 30 parts, satellite stations require 50.

Once all stations and nodes are online, we can transition into the next phase of digital era.

You will be paid $2,000 per node upgrade ($1k profit).

SAPD will assist by providing police convoys to multiple transport drivers in order to get this system up and running as fast as possible

The Tierra Robada substation near the highway and by the sea still has a ways to go. One of them is currently at 0/30 nodes set up, while the other has around 10/30.

Willowfield - Las Venturas behind the strip club - Big Ear - Missionary Hill - Tierra Robada  this are all done. If I forgot any tell me and Teddy if there are more then this tell us that is more but don't say the location :D
