So you know it's wrong to C-bug, yet you decided to display it at a popular public place after all. Why exactly did you do this, I wonder?

Hello David, I am the admin that issued this ban.
I was walking around at Pershing Square when I heard gunshots, I looked over at you and noticed you C-Bugging with a shotgun.
I just want to make it clear that cbugging is not tolerated on the server, whether or not you're using it on a player, shooting a wall, in the middle of nowhere, there's no exceptions for it. It's taken seriously which is why I issued this ban. It's HQ's decision on your unban request at this point.

Thank you Justin, I am not quite sure what I was thinking.. I really didnt know shotgun could c-bug till I started to do it..my reasoning Nonexistant, just want to state that yes I did know what I was doing, happy 4th guys.
