Hello,

In order to show we're not just throwing out new features and ignoring old... here is a sign of good faith. RS5.1.8b will add the command /groupkicko(ffline) which as it sounds... yes... allows you kick players from a group who are offline. c, or d of 5.1.8 will add the command /groupsetranko(ffline) which will similarly allow you to set ranks of offline users (must already be in the group ofc).

Build B is scheduled for release on Tuesday (7/7/15), no exact estimated time.
