Reboot your router should get a new Ip if you have a dynamic address, if not call your ISP for one. You may have to pay.

I am using a shared internet Connection due to it, its impossible to reboot the router, And The ISP is located few Cities away. Can't there be some other way?

That's why they invented phones so you can call people. Give it a try nothing more we can do to help.
