Do you know, my application was there since one year. Frequently during my application procedure, forums got down. I tried to contact many of you in game but always got the same answer as we are not active these days plus forums are down bla bla..

We're sorry but all data from the old forums was lost after the hacker attack in September last year. You'll need to submit a new application. Don't worry though, we're all ready to process everything quickly.

Thanks,
Marcel

I could provide you with some more history, given I was the Director during 2012-2013.

The CIA is now recognized as a Law Enforcement Agency and will be granted law enforcement script support and privileges. It however is not yet considered an official group.

@Teddy

Isn't CIA evidence gathering and not actually Law Enforcement?
Since they don't go around arresting people and such.

So?

I don't see the difference between this and SAPD/FBI.

Today, a inter-agency exercise took place between MGI and CIA. During this operation, the MGI base at Area 69 triggered an alarm that required further investigation. Two individuals were apprehended, questioned and escorted off base. The CIA will continue to look into this matter due to the fact that sixteen birth certificates were found in a shoe of one of the individuals.

Today, a large scale kidnapping took place in the Richman area. Two CIA agents were close by and assisted the SAPD officers already on scene. Soon after CIA making contact with the kidnappers, FBI arrived to the scene, continuing the negotiations. In the meanwhile, CIA used specialised equipment to locate a telephone number of the kidnapper using cell tower triangulation.

After securing the perimeter and overseeing the proceedings, the hostage was unfortunately shot and killed by the kidnappers. Results from this operation will be used to enhance the training we give to our agents.

Are you going to roleplay proper CIA by using torture interrogation techniques and hidden prisons etc or is it going to be watered-down-for-kids version?  :D

The Central Intelligence Agency welcomes any initiative to make the United States of Argonath a safer place to live in. Let us know if you need any assistance with records keeping and/or training of your guards.

After the succesful support from the CIA's side in the mayoral elections, I have made a decision to let the future of the Agency depend on one of our most professional and trained members, Special Agent in Charge Andrew Banks. This decision is motivated by ambition from my side to focus more on my work in the Courts, rather than Law Enforcement. I will be supporting the new Director Banks in his time as Director while not being on active duty any longer.

In the past years as Director, the CIA has inspired me to do great things. The Agency grew from zero to a fully recognized Law Enforcement Agency which assists other agencies regularly during their operations. With the upcoming technical innovations such as Drones, the Agency has only seen the beginning of its full potential.

I want to express some special thanks to my closest colleagues in and outside of the CIA, who have helped me make the best out of my time as Director, in no particular order:

Any questions regarding this announcement may be sent to either myself or Director Banks.

With kind regards,
