AASA stands for Argonathian Aeronautics and Space Administration.
They are responsibxle for the civilian space program as well as aeronautics and aerospace research.
Who owns it?
The answer is simple. You do! AASA is a govermental agency, so technically every citizen of the Argonath states owns AASA.
