Title: Having a problem when starting Samp/gtasa

So am having a problem everytime i start up gtasa.exe or try to log into a server from samp. Basically this pops up

Try delete the gta_sa.set-file in your documents

Nothing changed, i think its from the computer itself, can't find a solution to fix it :(

Can't download it, it gives me a message says this is only for windows XP
Am using windows 7 btw

Use a Clean copy of the game and not some piece of poop from a torrent
