Title: Development Schedule Change

Due to a combination of personal reasons and due to the fact our team has shrunk recently with the removal of Computerichy and the departure of Chase, we're going to be making development releases every other week compared to our current weekly schedule. This is not something I wanted to see happen but I have to be realistic with the circumstances that are now present.

Mikro is currently on holiday, so currently there is only myself and Spikmun. We've yet to decide how to split up the work. Will wait for Mikro's return.
