Title: GTA VC Graphics bugged?

 So, this only happens when I go on MP. Single Player seems to be working just fine. Every time I move the mouse the graphics get fucked up. Doesn't happen in interiors.

Sorted it out, ENB seemed to be the problem. You can lock the topic.
