That BSOD is annoying me so much! so, I will start by telling me PC requestments.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PC requesments:-
CPU - Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz.
RAM - 8GB RAM (7.94GB usable)
GPU - Geforce GTX 980
Operating system - Windows 8.1 PRO.
Driver version (GPU) - 353.62
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Second, the problem happenes every time I use my PC, the important one always happenes which is uploading some videos to Youtube, or using Google.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Third, the BSOD issues are:
1. IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal.
2. Memory Mangment.
3. Kernal Power.
4. KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED.
5. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
6. Critical Structure Corruption.
7. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.
8. Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or Equal.
9. NTFS_SYSTEM_FILE.
10. DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
[[This list will be updated if I get more BSOD issues]]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fourth, when ever this problem happen, something get bugged in my PC
like Google Chrome gets bugged.
GTA SA mods or ENB gets bugged and that means i should re-install everything.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope you guys help me.

I had this before myself, the way I fixed it was get a new HDD and then install windows again, broken and incompatible drivers are another key aspect to this also.
-
I had this issue aswell after installing new ram, after removing it it became stable once again. Did you recently install any new hardware? And did you do a memtest on your ram?

Nope, I didn't.
1. Months ago... I wanted to install a game called WatchDogs, this game was scanned on my Windows Defender, and there was no virus.
When I was playing Part 1, I had a phone IG and it told me to hold [Q] to hack something else, when the holding finshed a BSOD.
But I made a complete format 5 times, and the BSOD still showing.
2. Oh and another thing, before I install WatchDogs, my PC was always on all the week for instilling games, and the box was opened too. maybe that is the problem.
3. And before that, my GTX 980 fucked up and I changed it.
I think 1 of these reasons could be the problem.

Yeah, other PC repairs told me that it may be from the RAM or from HDD.
-
Still intersted.
-
Do you have another HDD/Ram Stick to try out?
-
its the ram. had the same issue, changed the ram and it got fixed

I think so, my friends told me that too.

Run this for at least 4-5 passes (may take even 12 hours, depending on your RAM/CPU).

Basically that, now lets hope watch dogs didn't fry them.

You can run MEMtest but in most cases it won't tell you much and instead say all RAM is fine.
My advice is to do two things. One is to switch the RAM sticks order around. If it's 1-2-3-4 now, make it 4-3-2-1 or something if you know what I mean. The other thing I'd advice you to do is reinstall Windows.
I had very similar problems. I ended up changing my videocard, RAM, CPU, Motherboard and was about to get a different PSU, because I already tried reinstalling windows. I'm trying to remember what exactly was my problem, if I do, I will post it here.

IDK how to run that shit.

The scan is passed, no errors.
Still showing the BSOD.

When you are using your computer at the level that you usually use it at (I.e if you often have 20 tabs in chrome open, then wait for that. Or just run the most resource hogging game you've got, minimize it and immediately take a SS. Many games tend to dump data to the HDD after a few minutes to save RAM, so you'd have to do that quick), open 'resource monitor' and take a screenshot of the 'memory' tab.
In case you can't get up to that point, take a screenshot of the blank desktop with nothing open and save it. Repeat and keep pushing the limits till BSODs make it impossible to continue.
My best guess at this point would be HDD errors. This should help confirm that.
-
Still interested.
btw, I sent my PC to a mechanic, he told me that the problem may happen because my RAM.
If it isn't, it could be from my HDD.
I am so worried because, my PC is so expensive.
I have 2TB HDD, and if that causes the problem.... It is so hard to be another one.

Could you please google CPU-Z, download run it, press validate and copy the link here.. We need to see your full specs..
Could be many reasons why such thing happens..
*Outdated Drivers
*Dying HDD
*Wrong installed RAM / miss-operating RAM / Faulty RAM
Get some sticks off, for example if you have 4x2 RAM, leave ONLY 1x2 and test to see if it happens again.
Btw; Try this Crystal DIsk Info (http://crystalmark.info/redirect.php?product=CrystalDiskInfoInstaller-en) to check your HDD Health.

My HDD health state is "Good"!
So, I can make sure that my HDD doesn't have any problem.
Thank you for that!

Really?
-
I am certain sure it's RAM-based problem, either your Motherboard can not operate them or some of your RAM is about to die.
As I said yesterday, TRY running with only 2/4 sticks (4gb) and see if it crashes. If it does, TRY the other pair.. You need to determine the faulty RAM.

Ok, get one of those 2 ram off, and try playing some game with ONLY 1 ram - 4gb.
-
I've had issues of incompatible RAM sticks, this might be your issue. If you're PC repair guy is assuming it is first a RAM stick incompatibilty issue I would look there first as it is a cheap fix as opposed to installing a new HDD.

Probably put the RAM in the wrong slots so your PC is now not recognizing it. Try moving it to other free slots.
-
From seeing the inside of your computer i can see that it's all a mess, try to do the following.
Remove every single cable/component and do a deep clean, ( I usualy do this every like 3 months) clean all the dust out of the MoBo etc... Use compressed air, usualy you can find this can's in the cleaning department of your computer store.
Once all components and computer case are clean set it all up and try to start your PC if it boots onto BIOS then try to run it.

This.
0) I'm a certified IT Pro (A+, Network+, and Security+ Certified by CompTIA, MOS and MCSE Certified by Microsoft)
0a) Read this full post before trying anything
1) PC is not ruined - it just needs to be fixed :)
2) WatchDog has nothing to do with the video game "Watch Dogs" - it's an issue with your hard drive.
3) Kernal Power just means that the computer turned off unexpectedly due to an issue
4) Looks like you have a driver issue with a few things
5) NTFS file error is an issue with your hard drive - a reformat of your hard drive should be fine, do NOT do a quick format, do a full one - Formatting means that all the information on your hard drive will be erased.
6) System Thread and System Service are RAM issues. Read the replies above provided by others on how to fix this.
7) Your PC Specs are within adequate ranges, the most expensive thing is probably the graphics card
8) I see in the picture provided above, that you have 2 free RAM slots on your computer, is that it, or is there more?
8a) If there is only two, try putting one of the RAM sticks into one slot. If that slot doesn't work, try the other one. If this doesnt work, try the other RAM Stick. If that doesn't work, try to blow out the slots and try again. If it works after switching to the other RAM stick, then your RAM stick is bad. You can pick one up on newegg.com (well trusted site for anything IT) for around $25 for a replacement.
9) Cleaning helps, but i heavily doubt it will fix your issues.
10) Your PC will continue to crash due to the BSOD errors as explained above until you get it fixed. From now on, I would say try to refrain from any "heavy" work (games, youtube, etc) on your computer. Only use it if needed, but this is not recommended. The recommended course of action is to get it fixed and to NOT turn it on.
11a) When switching out the RAM it is HIGHLY IMPORTANT that you shutdown your computer safely and unplug it. After this is done, press and hold the power button to drain all power from the motherboard. It is also important that your Ground yourself to prevent shock to the RAM sticks. You can accomplish this by using an ESD Anti-Static Wrist Strap, or by putting your arm across the side of your computer (the metal part) when disconnecting the RAM sticks from the motherboard.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to PM me.

Yes, I have 2 slots of RAM.

You can't just take a random RAM Stick from another PC and switch it out - you need to have RAM sticks that your motherboard supports. In your case it looks like it supports DDR3 1600 PC12800, so you would need to find something with those numbers (marked in bold) to test out.

Even after following through the steps?

Anything could help me with placing the ram?
At a quick glance, this video should help, but i have not viewed it.

From the image you posted, I have pined the location of BIOS Battery, do take the battery off, unplug the power and leave it at least 10 minutes like that. After that, re-plug the battery, PLUG the power to your PC and try to switch it on.
And you need to tell us EXACTLY how many beeps you hear, if it's 1 long and 5 short etc.
For example; If your power it on without any RAM installed, it will keep short beeping which means it finds/has memory issues.
But again, install ONLY one RAM, try some gaming and see. If it crashes, uninstall the RAM and try the 2nd RAM. If it happens again, most likely your RAMs are faulty, or your Motherboard has issue reading the RAMs.

Robin, did you reinstall Windows yet? I asked the friend I fixed my issue with because I forgot, but apparently that's what fixed it for me, having the exact same issues as you.
Reinstalling Windows 8.1 is probably the smartest thing to do before going any further.
