Title: Blackscreen on Windows 10

Hey all,I m BuzzChua.I downloaded back gta iv:mp a few days back and i get a blackscreen when i start gta.Using the same computer as before and it works fine last time just that i have upgraded to windows 10.I am not sure if this is the problem.If anybody of you have a solution please help thanks.Miss the server!
