-> Added group banking system

/groupbank [short] - Check groups bank account funds
/groupbankwithdraw [amount] [short] - Withdraw funds from the group bank account
/groupbankdeposit [amount] [short] - Deposit funds into the group bank account

Notes:
** Requires permission the "Use group-owned bank accounts" to be set for player's rank to view and manage funds.
** All groups by default have a bank account, you do not need to open one at the bank.

Release: Within an hour of this post. No restart required.


Important notice:
Make sure the permissions per rank are set correctly. There will be NO refunds for misuse of group money. Be sure everyone with this "Use group-owned bank accounts" permission can be trusted. - Mikro
