This unban request im doing is for my rl friend since he is not able to log in at forum, he forgot his password and asked me if i could do a unban request for him.
First of everything...he got no idea what happend and who did he bully...so would be great if Rusty could do a statement of this ban. Thanks in advance!

Wondering how many times we will have to say that we don't accept unban request made on behalf of other people...
Next time I will just forum warn the user.
