Title: updated nVidia Driver, GTA wont open.
Post by: Trix on December 30, 2007, 02:25:51 pm
Hey, I just downloaded a new driver for my GPU, I got it installed and everything and it is working fine, but GTA will not open.

I double click connect and nothing happens, same goes for single player.

Do I just re-install GTA?

And if I do re-install, can I kep the patches I have downloaded for it or do I have to get those again?

Thanks.

And it works after that?

No re-installing to do?

Right click your sa-mp.exe then go to Properties > Compatibility > Tick the box under Compatibility Mode > Select Windows 98 from the Drop down list > Then apply changes.

It worked for me when i clicked Connect and Nothing Happened, Delete your gta_sa.set First then do the above steps
