Title: Is it possible to buy the Vortex(the hovercraft car/boat)

You do not need a house to do this.

You /delivercar, log back in, its still at the original spawnpoint.

you /delivercar, Destroy it, Log back in, if its not there, find & destroy again - Viola, carspawn set.
