Introduction
Federation of National Racers Association is a government-like structural organization with one president, secretary, councillors and group leaders. Federation is responsible for organization of professional racing leagues in national scale. Each league which will be formed from Federation will have different teams which will participate in the challenges organized from us to recognize the champions. Teams are required to have two to four members plus one more member for substitution which is optional. Each team have one leader which will be part of our association and will represent their crew. In scheduled events minimum of participants from one team are two members and maximum are four. The structure of each team is independent from us as they have their own organization.

  • President
Is the main figure of Federation which is chosen from inner elections each two months. The right to vote belong only to councillors and group leaders. Councillors and group leaders don't have the right to candidate, If they are willing to candidate they must leave their duty and be replaced from another member of the team.
 
  • Secretary
The right hand of president which is chosen from him.
 
  • Councilors
Councilors are the main connection between group leader and President. Councilors are known as wise members of Federation which maintain the organization active and serious. Councillors can be member in one group but not leaders of the group. They have the right to vote.
 
  • Group Leaders
Leaders of the teams are chosen from their own crew which notify and represent for any change the Federation. They have the right to vote.

MAJOR STREET RACING LEAGUE Introduction Major Street Racing League is the first and main league organized from Federation. Will be organized each week with different tracks across San Andreas. Everything will be under the surveillance of ARA, SAPD, EMS, SAFD and specialized staff which will be in charge from Federation. For each event Federation will share the relevant prizes which will be published before each event. System Under projection, feel free to share your ideas and suggestions in private message.

Short Story:On the evening of October 3, 2015 the DriftClub was once again meeting for another round of racing. Recently announced was the formation the Federation of National Racers Association and with it, drivers were now offered the ability to form teams for the upcoming inaugural season of the Major Street Racing League. Deni Soprano, a well-known activist of the DriftClub was sitting atop the watch tower overlooking the Drift course at Missionary Hill when three familiar faces approached the starting grid looking to make a practice run through the course. They would eventually be identified as Joseph Hawk (TeaM_SkyHawk), Trane Kiedis, and Tarion Smith.

Their talent surely wasn’t overlooked and Deni jumped at the opportunity to formally introduce himself to the crowd of racers. This was only the beginning of a storied franchise and the eventual foundation for what we now recognize as The Ground Controllers. While all 4 drivers have differing backgrounds, they do all share one specific interest, the will to go fast. The combination is already turning heads, with signups currently underway for the Major Street Racing League everyone down in the garage area continues to point towards The Ground Controllers as a weekly favorite to take home a win, and potentially be crowned inaugural champions at the conclusion of the first season in the Major Street Racing League.

Short Story:

After settling in Los Santos , Bas and Bruce now driving by the street name 'Richman', are making a living by racing for money. They were both invited on a drift club which was settled in San Fierro. They drove all the way to San Fierro where a random guy shows up and tells them the race is happening at Missionary Hill. They both drove up the hill and they saw people on top having a party. They joined the party and there was the place where they met Celso and Spike, two drivers from Los Santos. After racing around together they decided to create a group which is called "Genus Vincere". Now their main goal is to participate in racing championships and to gather some money for more investments on the crew.
